Penne with datterino tomato and sausage sauce

Ingredients for: 4 people

• 400 grams of penne rigate

• Sausage

• Gustibus datterino tomato sauce

• Golden onion thinly sliced

• Oregano

• White wine

• Olive oil

• Chili pepper

• Salt

• Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cut the sausage into small pieces and fry it with the Gustibus datterino tomato sauce, onion and salt. Add the white wine and let it evaporate, then sprinkle with oregano, cooking for a few more minutes on low heat.

Once cooked, mix the penne rigate with the condiment, adding Parmesan and stirring, before serving.
