• 8 artichokes

• 100g ham

• 100g emmental cheese

• 100g tuna sauce

• Lemon juice

Preparation

A rich and complete Sicilian side that combines the traditional taste of Gustibus caponata with the deliciousness of stuffed artichokes, of which the preparation is very simple.

Clean the artichokes, wash them, blanch and then open them, inserting cooked ham and diced emmental cheese with the addition of tuna sauce.

Mix everything and serve cold, accompanying it as a side or a tasty alternative to Sicilian caponata.
