Sun dried tomatoes and pesto cake

Ingredients for: 4 people

• 4 garlic cloves

• 2 basil bundles

• 100 g pine nuts

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 tablespoon lemon sauce

• 600 g of fresh spreadable cheese

• 80 g grated Parmesan cheese, grated

• 2 jars of Gustibus sun-dried tomatoes

• 50 g tomato concentrate

• 170 g of room temperature butter

• salt and pepper to taste

• seed oil for the molds as necessary

Preparation

Mince the garlic, basil and pine nuts in a food processor, adding the olive oil and afterwards the Parmesan cheese and the spreadable cheese. Mix well.

Separately, chop the Gustibus sun-dried tomatoes and add the tomato paste and 80 grams of spreadable cheese, then add the butter, salt and pepper.

Grease a round pan with seed oil and line it with plastic. Spread out the three compounds, alternating them. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for one night.

Serve garnished with pine nuts and basil.
