The project will allow Gustibus Alimentari Srl unipersonale to strengthen its presence, with the line of spreadable creams, on the shelves of large-scale distribution, achieving the goal of significantly expanding the production capacity of the existing plant. The investment program includes the purchase of a complete plant for the production of the base cream with milk and a cream mixing plant. The machinery covered by the investment is compatible with the “Industry 4.0” paradigm, in order to organize production processes based on technology and devices that communicate with each other, a smart factory model consistent with the period of mutation of production systems and contribute to the technological transformation of the company, increasing the levels of efficiency and flexibility of the production process.
